CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.
If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

NO SHOW NO CALL
​
If you do not show up to your appointment at all you will be responsible for 100% payment for all scheduled service(s) in said appointment.
You will be sent an email invoice for the full amount of the missed service(s). This must be paid prior to any upcoming appointments. Prepayment will be required to reschedule.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given you will be responsible for 50% of scheduled services.

RESULTS
​
Individual results may vary due to skin type, general health, and proper adherence to the precare and aftercare protocols. No guarantees can be made, and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results at an additional fee.

Failure to follow appropriate precare or aftercare protocol is the complete responsibility of the client.

CONSENT & LIABILITY
​
You will be asked to fill out a detailed consent form prior to your appointment. Please bring a valid form of ID.
Photos must be taken for liability purposes, however clients are welcome to request they are not posted on social media or other outlets unless you specify it is ok.
